1、導軌升降機內(nèi)漏表現(xiàn)為工作時噪聲大、發(fā)動機轉(zhuǎn)速越高，則噪聲越大，在濾油器中可見到大量銅屑。應拆檢齒輪泵，檢測齒輪的端面間隙、齒輪的嚙合間隙、齒輪的徑向間隙，以及檢查密封件是否良好的等。如有超差或損壞，應修復或更換。
